A mentoring program is coming to WCSA.  What will it look like?  How will participants be matched?  Will meetings be formal or informal? How can WCSA help make the most of these interactions?

Many of us have had experiences with mentoring programs--both good and bad.  Come to this introductory brainstorming session to share your ideas, hopes, and experiences as we explore options for developing this new program.
