A certified Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, Fannie Allen graduated from the Protocol School of Washington - the nation's leading school of protocol. Ms. Allen holds Master's degree in Business Administration and has traveled to numerous foreign countries. Tuscana West is offering WCSA a Restaurant Week price for a three course meal: bread, salad, a choice of three mouth-watering entrees, and delectable tiramisu all for $35 (tax and tip included).  Wine will be available via cash bar.
