Join WCSA Board members and candidates for the 2011 Board at our first full membership meeting.  Attendees will have the opportunity to propose ideas and changes to the WCSA structure and vote on formal proposals to the Bylaws.  Candidates for the WCSA Board will also speak briefly about their ideas and answer questions about what they would do if elected.
