The Women's Congressional Staff Association (WCSA) hosts an annual career development conference. This year's conference is called "Are You the Boss of Your Career? Making Bossy Work for You," and will bring together a diverse group of speakers and panelists to teach women how to be more assertive in managing their professional lives. 


Speakers will include Republican and Democratic leaders from Capitol Hill, and representatives from both the non-profit and private sectors. Whether you already work in Congress or you're looking to make the leap to the Hill, this event will help you achieve your career goals in government and public policy. Registration costs $25 and includes breakfast and lunch.
