Registration

Registration is closed

The Women’s Congressional Staff Association is proud to announce a new series entitled “Dinner & Dialogue,” a forum for accomplished women in D.C. to share their experience, best practices, and engage in an open conversation with Congressional staffers. The dinner will bring together one mentor with 9 members of WCSA, with each attendee paying the cost of their own dinner. Registration for the first dinner will be on a first come, first serve basis. If registration is closed and you’re interested in attending, please e-mail womenscsa@gmail.com to be added to the waitlist. The series will run throughout the year. Once the program gets underway, we may limit registration by those who’ve already participated, in order to include new registrants.

*Biography: From 1997 to 2002 Susan served as Chief of Staff to Majority Whip of the House of Representatives, where she worked with the House and Senate Leadership to develop strategy and implement legislative victories on major trade, healthcare and tax policies.  During her time on Capitol Hill, Susan was named one of the 100 most highly regarded staffers on Capitol Hill by the newspaper, Roll Call, while Washingtonian magazine listed her as one of the 100 most Powerful Women in Washington. In addition to her work in the policy arena and as a policy advocate, Susan has been a strong leading voice for a variety of women’s issues. In 2002, she served as a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University’s John F. Susan also served as one of three U.S. delegates to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in 2005.
