About this event: As a manager or aspiring manager, how can you make your office the best work environment for women and all staff to thrive? WCSA will be joining with the Office of Compliance to provide a seminar on best management practices. This course reviews recent reforms in the congressional workplace, what they mean for your office, and best practices to ensure employees and managers understand their rights and responsibilities in the workplace. This is a one-hour seminar that will include time for questions at the end.
