CANCELLED Writing Workshop: Calligraphy, Email Updates and Writing Basics

About this event: Do you ever wonder when you should send a thank you note? When you write these thank you notes, do you often go through two to ten cards in the process because of handwriting woes? When you get the job, do you ever ponder when or how often you should send e-mail updates to stay connected with your network? If any, all, or some of these questions resonated with you, then this blockbuster event is for you! 

We will cover communicating while networking on the Hill through analog and digital means. We will  learn AND practice the basic form of calligraphy and hand lettering. We will practice writing thank you notes during the workshop and talk about etiquette when sending emails, writing thank you notes, and using proper correspondence in the workplace. 

Those interested in carpooling, please meet in front of The Court of Neptune Fountain at 5:30pm.
