The Women's Congressional Staff Association (WCSA) hosts an annual career development conference. This year's conference is called "The Pink Wave: Claiming Our Place in Washington" and will bring together a diverse group of speakers and panelists to teach women how to be more assertive in managing their professional lives. 

Speakers will include Republican and Democratic leaders from Capitol Hill, and representatives from both the non-profit and private sectors.
