Every summer, the Women's Congressional Staff Association (WCSA) hosts an annual career development conference. Speakers include Republican and Democratic leaders from Capitol Hill, and representatives from both the non-profit and private sectors. Whether you already work in Congress or you're looking to make the leap to the Hill, this event will help you achieve your career goals in government and public policy.

The theme of this year’s WCSA summer conference is “Commemorating the Centennial: The Fight Continues.”  As we navigate tumultuous times and look ahead in 2020, we reflect on and seek to channel the courage and conviction of the women whose tireless efforts brought about ratification of the 19th Amendment one hundred years ago. In paying homage to the fight and victory for women's suffrage, we strive to acknowledge progress yet to be made and not relent in pursuit of equality in all forms.

This year's conference will take place via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link closer to the conference date. Because of the virtual format, registration is free. However, slots are limited. WCSA members will receive priority registration June 23rd-29th. Beginning June 30th, registration will open to all.
