This year’s panels and workshops will focus on traits that define exceptional employees, effective messaging for press, and lessons women in the early part of their career can learn from senior staffers.  Speakers include Republican and Democratic female leaders from Capitol Hill, the administration, the press, and representatives from both the non-profit and private sector.
