Join WCSA for an exclusive brown bag lunch/coffee with NTCA CEO Shirley Bloomfield.  Ms. Bloomfield  started her career on Capitol Hill as a staff aid for Congressman David Obey and later for the House Budget Committee.  She has also previously served as Senior Vice President of Federal Relations for Qwest and Vice President of Federal Relations for Verizon.  This event will offer WCSA members an opportunity to learn about strategic career decision making, both on and off the Hill, in an informal setting.
