The Women’s Congressional Staff Association continues the “Dinner & Dialogue” series, by inviting accomplished women in D.C. to share their experience, best practices, and engage in an open conversation with Congressional staffers. The dinner will bring together one mentor with 9 members of WCSA, with each attendee paying a registration fee of $5 and the cost of their own dinner. *BIO: Ashley Damron Manning currently serves as a policy advisor in the Office of the Secretary of Defense where she focuses on Northeast Asia force posture policy issues. Additionally, she serves as a lecturer at the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. She previously worked in the office of U.S. Representative Michael McCaul and was a visiting fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Prior to the fellowship, she served in a number of positions with the U.S. Air Force managing security assistance programs with countries in Northeast Asia and South Asia. Ms. Manning received an M.A. in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Political Science and Chinese from Villanova University.
