2022 Mentoring Program

This year, the mentoring program will assign mentee/mentor pairs for an engaging and educational three-month program. If you are interested in participating in the program this year as a mentor or mentee – or both! – please watch the webinar below to learn more about this exciting resource!

Make sure you take note of the "keyword" – you will need it when you fill out your application!

This informational webinar will go over the application process, what it means to be a mentee or a mentor, the matching process, accountability, monthly program perks, and answer frequently asked questions in an effort to make this process as transparent as possible.
 
The program will be open to all dues paying WCSA members who are currently employed in Congress (exceptions can be made for mentor applicants on a case by case basis).
